DELIVERY & RETURN POLICY
All International orders are considered as final sale. We cannot accept any returns for refund or exchange. International orders will be shipped within 4-6 weeks. Once your package has departed our fulfillment center, please allow 3 – 15 business days for your order to arrive to the shipping destination. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when placing your order. You should always receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
Changes to your order
If you need to make changes to the details of your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that no changes will be permitted after the order is dispatched.
Your order will be shipped worldwide, using premium delivery service options. Please note some carriers might not be available in your region.
Shipping times may vary, we can not guarantee delivery dates. We work closely with our trusted carriers to limit the delays, however, HALEIA does not take responsibility for delays caused by customs clearance.
Kindly note all international orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Customers will be responsible for all local taxes and import duties. Unfortunately, we do not have control over these charges and the time it takes to clear the custom process, as this varies significantly from country to country. We ask you to contact your local customs office for more information about potential duties and taxes prior to placing your order, to avoid unanticipated fees.
If your package is lost, stolen, or misdelivered, we will open an investigation with the related delivery service. Once the investigation is complete, if your item is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, we will replace your items or issue a refund if they are not available. However, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen package is and when delivery has been confirmed. If the delivery service determines that the package was delivered to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund.
You will receive an order confirmation and tracking upon the dispatch of your order. You can check the delivery status by entering a tracking number on the carrier’s website.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Cancellations are only accepted 48 hours after order placement.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at [email protected] with details of the product and the defect within 48 hours of delivery. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
*Refund of product without the original issued invoice is not accepted.
Items must be returned unworn and unused, in its original condition with all the tags attached. If the item is returned without the original tags attached it does not adhere to our returns policy and will not be refunded.

We would like to inform you that our company does not cover the shipping costs due to this process. Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by the customer.
